Key Responsibilities:

1. Create engaging visuals for digital ads, social media posts, and website banners.
2. Assist in designing physical collateral such as brochures, business cards, posters, and event signage.
3. Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain a consistent “voice” across all channels.
4. Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm new campaign ideas and concepts.
5. Organize and maintain a library of design assets, including photography, icons, and fonts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong digital portfolio showcasing a solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• Basic understanding of design requirements for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Experience with basic video editing (Premiere Pro) is a plus.
