Senior Graphic DesignerResponsibilities
- Create creative concepts and visual executions for various projects, including large-format print materials such as banners, billboards, posters, signage, as well as digital assets for social media and other online platforms.
- Apply strong layout and design principles with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in color, imagery, typography, and overall visual quality across both print and digital outputs.
- Execute all stages of visual design, from initial concept development through to final delivery for both online and offline use.
- Review and interpret design briefs, define project requirements, and manage timelines to ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed deadlines.
- Develop integrated campaigns with consistent branding that align with and reflect the company’s brand identity and personality.
- Design a wide range of creative materials, including custom artwork, layouts, brand campaigns, point-of-sale materials, advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters, invitations, magazines, business cards, websites, as well as visual assets for retail spaces, events, and exhibitions.
- Prepare visual content for digital presentations and internal or external communications.
- Design and develop custom logos and brand marks when required.
- Create supporting graphics for product usage and promotional purposes as needed.
- Edit and prepare design files for print production, including ensuring files are suitable for offset and large-format printing.
- Conduct product photoshoots, ensuring images are clear, visually engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
- Handle photography responsibilities such as setting up backdrops, lighting, and equipment, capturing high-quality images, and performing post-production editing to enhance image quality and correct lighting or imperfections.
- Collaborate closely with department heads, the design and marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project needs, contribute creative ideas, and ensure all outputs meet expectations and deadlines.
Requirements
- Proficient in Adobe design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or other relevant visual design tools, with the ability to produce high-quality graphics and layouts for both print and digital media.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in interactive design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of printing processes and large-format printing specifications, including color profiles, resolution standards, and appropriate file formats for production.
- Preferably has experience in or an understanding of sports marketing, including sports branding, fan engagement strategies, and the ability to create designs that appeal to sports-focused audiences.
- Prior experience developing promotional materials for sports-related events such as tournaments, matches, or competitions, including banners, signage, advertisements, and social media graphics tailored to sporting events.
